What does $20 a month include?
Plus, the self-serve subscription. It is the pay-as-you-go minimum: 10,000 credits each month, 75 keyword monitors, community feeds, AI scoring and draft replies, API access, and up to 10 users. You confirm payment on Stripe. The plan and credits arrive after payment clears, not when you click subscribe.
What are credits, and do they roll over?
Credits pay for person and company results, and for sending domains when email is enabled. Each paid invoice sets the subscription balance to 10,000 credits. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Credits you buy separately are not reset by the invoice.
Does $20 include a sending domain?
No. A dedicated sending domain rents separately, in credits. The first term is 24,205 credits — the yearly domain fee plus the first month of mailboxes. After that, mailbox rental is 14,285 credits most months. Talk to us if outbound is why you’re here.
Can I buy more credits in the app?
Yes. From Billing, add credits whenever you need them: every dollar buys 500 credits, from $5 to $2,000 per purchase. It is a one-time charge and does not change your plan. For a larger monthly balance, email [email protected].
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month-to-month. Cancel in the billing portal or email [email protected]. No retention call.
Do you post to Reddit or LinkedIn for me?
No. Hazelbase monitors public conversations and can draft a reply for you to review. If you respond, you post from your own account. We do not operate social accounts on your behalf.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
30 days, no questions asked. Prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Unused credits are refundable. Email [email protected].
When should I talk to you instead of subscribing?
When you need more than 10,000 credits a month, invoicing, an annual contract, an SLA, or a team to run the workspace. That’s Custom, or Kionin if you want it operated for you. Engagements start at $3,000/month.
