Background

After winning the international bid, Victoria International Container Terminal Limited (VICT) signed on 2 May 2014 an agreement with the Port of Melbourne Corporation for the design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance and financing of the Port of Melbourne's new international container terminal and empty container park at Webb Dock.

The agreement will deliver a global standard in modern container terminal design, innovation and operations, and will become the flagship facility in Australia's premier port.

VICT is 100 percent owned by International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI). The project marks ICTSI's first entry into Australia.

The contract grants VICT the rights to design, build and operate the new terminal at Webb Dock and design, build and operate the new, on-port Empty Container Park at Webb Dock East. The lease concession extends to 2040.

VICT's development for Webb Dock Container Terminal utilises the best-proven technologies and innovations to deliver fully-automated operations from the gate to the quayside.

I consult, train and coach my clients in the process of Communicating Across Differences (which I sometimes also call Communicating Compassionately). With this process, in both their professional and personal lives, practitioners can stunningly improve their interpersonal skills and, for all involved, contribute to more deeply fulfilling experiences and outcomes.

I draw major inspiration for this process from multiple sources.

One such source includes my personal understanding, interpretation and application of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, Ph.D., author of the book, Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life.

The Center for Nonviolent Communication [CNVC], founded by CNVC educational director Marshall Rosenberg, maintains a web site at cnvc.org That site offers much information about NVC and certified training in NVC. Nonviolent Communication and NVC are registered service marks of the CNVC.

I'm not a certified trainer of NVC and I'm not affiliated with the CNVC.

Other sources of inspiration for my process of Communicating Across Differences include (but aren't limited to) my personal understanding, interpretation and application of the work of writers and teachers as various as Ken Wilber, Eckhart Tolle and Don Miguel Ruiz.

Even given my deep gratitude for their contributions, however, I'm not affiliated with Marshall Rosenberg, Ken Wilber, Eckhart Tolle or Don Miguel Ruiz. My process of Communicating Across Differences involves my own experience, understanding, interpretation and application.

the time of documentation, their location and include a title for the video.

2. Daily Story - Using the Vidoco app the users can easily create their 'Daily
