RD Robinson Construction was founded in Star Valley, Wyoming in 1954 by Rex D. Robinson. Known for his hard work and seasoned skill on heavy equipment, he quickly found work. At that time, most of his work was for the U.S. Forest Service and local land owners. But as the company quickly grew, he diversified into State and municipal projects, as well mining work.

The Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Robotic Vision will allow robots to see, to understand their environment using the sense of vision. This is the missing capability that currently prevents robots from performing useful tasks in the complex, unstructured and dynamically changing environments in which we live and work.

Robots with visual perception – that can see, learn and respond as humans do – are the key enabling technologies for an array of emerging applications in robotics and automation.

The Centre has four research objectives:

• Robust Vision will develop new sensing technologies and robust algorithms that allow robots to use visual perception in all viewing conditions: night and day, rain or shine, summer or winter, fast moving or static.

• Vision and Action will create new theory and methods for using image data for control of robotic systems that navigate through space, grasp objects, interact with humans and use motion to assist in seeing.

• Semantic Vision will produce novel learning algorithms that can both detect and recognise a large, and potentially ever increasing, number of object classes from robotically acquired images, with increasing reliability over time

MDS ROBOTS provide an automated solution to produce monitored dosage systems that are reliable, safe, patient friendly and cost effective for the pharmacy.

MDS ROBOTS are very easy to use and can produce MDS BOXES for more than 100 patients per day.

Prescriptions are recorded into the PMR in the normal manner. Pouches are then produced from the robot in accordance with the MAR sheet.

An Individual's prescriptions are dispensed into pouches by the MDS ROBOT. Pouches are smaller than a credit card but contain all the drugs an individual requires for a specific dosage time.

Our MDS ROBOT's can store up to 500 different types of drugs within the machine. With the library function this can be expanded up to 999. Drugs are stored into unique calibrated canisters. These are calibrated to a specific manufactured drug and this is part of our safe dispensation system.

For drugs that are infrequently used these would be loaded into the FSP or MDU and later delivered into pouches.

The FSP (Free Shape Packaging) is available on all our robots and is unique to Robotik Technology. It allows large quantities of seldom used drugs to be included.

The MDU (Manual Device Unit) is also available across our range of robots and allows for unusual medication to be included (e.g. half tablets).

What do we do?

Rocketbox is primarily a tech hub. We believe technology is the most vital element in solving problems at scale. Logistics is a 200 billion dollar market in India alone and comprises about 14% of the national GDP. Its obvious from the numbers that it is seemingly complex and gigantic in scale. We started with the small segment of intra city goods movements which concerns with last mile delivery of products for manufacturing and ecommerce companies. One of the major problems with the segment is it's highly fragmented and most vendors cannot provide the service required for a company individually. A major result of the fragmentation is that any value added services are not possible. We leverage technology to solve this problem by providing a simple intuitive interface for the end user to manage (demand or terminate) vehicles, track their consignments, check their usage and invoices. We strive to remove human involvement wherever possible. This simplicity amounts to building a complex technical infrastructure in the backend. This is only our first step into logistics and we aspire to move into other segments which are even more complex and unique, which require complex engineering to solve them
