Open Joint-Stock Company 'Novoshahtinskiy zavod nefteproductov' or OJSC 'NZNP' for short is situated near the city of Novoshahtinsk which is about 100 km away from Rostov-on-Don. It is a part of the 'Yug Rusi' group of companies which is a privately held entity operating and developing since 1992.

The 'NZNP' was built in the period between 2005 and 2009 and at the moment is refining about 2,5 million tonns of crude oil per year. Rostov-on-Don being a very active trading hub allows for the produce of the refinery to be exported by rail or water transport.

Ireland is a parliamentary democracy. The National Parliament (Oireachtas) consists of the President and two Houses: Dáil Éireann (House of Representatives) and Seanad Éireann (the Senate) whose functions and powers derive from the Constitution of Ireland enacted by the People on 1st July, 1937.

The Houses of the Oireachtas are situated at Leinster House, Dublin.

The Constitution empowers each House to make its own Standing Orders (Rules) with power to attach penalties for their infringement.

The sole and exclusive power of making laws is vested in the Oireachtas subject to the obligations of Community membership as provided for in the Constitution.

The primacy of Dáil Éireann in regard to the life of the Parliament is recognised in that a general election to Seanad Éireann must take place not later than 90 days after the dissolution of the Dáil.

In matters of legislation the Constitution provides that Seanad Éireann cannot delay indefinitely the passage of legislation. Bills to amend the Constitution and Money Bills i.e. financial legislation, can only be initiated in Dáil Éireann.

Seanad Éireann can make recommendations (but not amendments) to Money Bills and these must be made within 21 days as against 90 days for non-Money Bills.

In addition to its legislative role, each House may examine and criticise Government policy and administration. However, Dáil Éireann is the House from which the Government (the Executive) is formed and to which it is responsible.

Should the Government fail to retain the support of the majority of the Members of Dáil Éireann, the result can either be the dissolution of the Dáil and a General Election or the formation of a successor Government.

In 1994, Oklahoma Legislature passed the Juvenile Reform Act (H.B.2640) creating the Office Of Juvenile Affairs(OJA) as the state juvenile justice agency. Legislature also created the Youthful Offender Act to provide swift justice for serious and habitual juvenile offenders. OJA handles any probation and parole procedures for youthful offenders.

The Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, opened to the public in July 1997, eleven years after the death of the artist from whom it takes its name. Welcoming visitors from all over the world, it is the most visited art museum in the state of New Mexico, and the only museum in the United States dedicated to an internationally-known woman artist. OKG was founded in 1965 and today owns and operates three nuclear reactor units – Oskarshamn 1, 2 and 3 – which together account for ten per cent of the total electricity generation in Sweden.

OKG presently has approximately 850 employees and an annual turnover of around SEK 3 billion.

The plant is located on the Swedish east coast, 30 kms north of Oskarshamn. Oskarshamn 1, also Sweden's first commercial nuclear power unit, was commissioned in 1972. Oskarshamn 2 has been in operation since 1974 and Oskarshamn 3 was put into commercial operation in 1985.

Each reactor is shut down every year for three to six weeks for maintenance, safety system control and replacement of 20 per cent of the fuel elements. These planned outages normally occur between May and September. The total plant investment at Oskarshamn is approximately SEK 20 billion.

The village of Simpevarp is situated at the centre of the industrial site. Some of the 18th century houses in the village have been reverentially restored by OKG. The buildings and houses are now used as accommodation for visitors, for conferences, for education, company health care and information purposes.
