The Hemophilia Foundation of Northern California is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization serving the needs of people with hemophilia and related bleeding disorders such as Von Willebrand Disease. HFNC is dedicated to improving the lives and increasing the independence of kids and families challenged by bleeding disorders. While new treatments can help affected individuals live a long and more independent life, a diagnosis presents a major emotional, financial and lifestyle challenge. Heavy Equipment Production Co.-HEPCO Ltd. (public joint stock) with the aim of assembling construction equipment was established in 1972, on an open area of 90 hectares in the industrial city of Arak.
