Eagle Medical Transports, LLC is a full service ambulance company based out of Newport News, Virginia. It provides emergency and non-emergency transportation for hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, private residents, doctor's offices, and rehabilitation centers just to name a few. Enable New Zealand delivers a range of services for older people and disabled people. These services are contracted by the Ministry of Health, ACC and for some other District Health Boards.

We're connecting homes, businesses, schools and healthcare facilities in Christchurch and some surrounding towns with fibre broadband – as part of the national ultra-fast broadband (UFB) initiative.

Enagas is the Technical Manager of the Spanish Gas System and the main carrier of natural gas in Spain. It is also certified as independent TSO by the European Union, which homologates the company to gas transmission network operators of other European countries.

The company's main mission is to ensure competition and security of the Gas System in Spain. It has nearly 10,000 km of pipelines throughout the Spanish territory, three underground storage facilities located in Serrablo (Huesca), Gaviota (Vizcaya) and Yela (Guadalajara), and four regasification plants: Barcelona, Huelva, Cartagena and Gijón. It also owns 40% of the Bilbao regasification plant. Enagás terminals in Spain have 2,646,500 m³ of LNG storage capacity and an output capacity of 6,250,000 Nm ³ / h.

International presence

In 2011, the company began its international activity. Since then, it is a shareholder of TLA Altamira regasification plant in Mexico and participates in gas pipelines construction in that country. Also, it acquired a LNG terminal in Quintero, Chile, in 2012.

Independent TSO

Also, Enagás ended in August 2012 the certification process as a Transmission System Operator (TSO), followed by the CNE and the European Commission. This certification guarantees the independence of the gas transmission grid regarding Spanish gas producers and shippers, and it is a milestone in the history of the company harmonizing it with the natural gas transmission network operators from other European countries.

Shareholding

Currently, the company has three institutional shareholders: Sepi, Kutxabank, and Oman Oil Holdings Spain, with a 5% share each. Enagás is one of the Spanish stock market companies with highest free float (85%). Enagá is listed in Ibex 35.

Our main business activity is ship-assist services for the docking and undocking of ocean-going vessels and tug/barge combination units. Harbor tug services also comprise hourly towing, escort, hold-in and stand-by services as may be required. The scope of these operations encompasses the Lower Miss. The tug fleet of 15 vessels features a blend of five modern tractor-class/equivalent tugs along with conventional twin screw tugs.
