The Ministry of Defence is a civilian organisation. The staff numbers about 130; one-half of the staff is women and approximately 20 employees of the entire staff have a military background. The average age is around 47 years.

As to the educational background, most employees hold a college or university degree or a diploma in higher education or secondary education. About 70% are college or university graduates with a degree in political science, law, arts, military sciences or business studies.

Con i nostri menu stagionali e le proposte che cambiano in maniera frequente, diamo la possibilità ai nostri ospiti di assaggiare piatti sempre diversi, cercando così di incontrare i gusti di tutti.

J.M. de Jong Verenigde Werkplaatsen Beheer B.V. is a family owned company based in Sliedrecht, The Netherlands. Established at the end of the 19th century by J.M. de Jong sr. [a black-smith] in the town of Alblasserdam. The second generation developed this company further into a job-shop during the 30's. During he fifties the 3rd generation again expanded the company's activities. The company has three main activities:

The office was set up in 1994 by Jan de Jonge. The office initially broadly focused on corporate law. In other words: company law, law of obligations, employment law, administrative law and other problems that related to real estate.

Initially located on the Westblaak in Rotterdam, the office moved in 1999 to Essenlaan 4 in Kralingen. At that time, there were 6 lawyers working for the office. The choice for Kralingen arose from a need to be more accessible (with the A16 on our doorstep, easy parking and public transport within hands' reach) and work in a beautiful, green environment.

In 2005, a partnership was formed with Stijn Stubenrouch, who came from AKD preferring the human touch and normal rates. The following year, Remi van Lenningh joined the partnership and in 2011 Hein Snijders. The office continued to focus on the areas of law named above and the arrival of this senior lawyer strengthened our knowledge and expertise. In 2012, Mike Hermans also joined us.

Our secretarial office is staffed by ladies who know the ropes and have a great deal of experience in the legal profession. One or two have been attached to our office for more than 10 years. Others are not far behind. Petra, who does the finances, has been with us since the beginning.

In 2013, the decision was taken to move to other premises. Larger premises and preferably in Kralingen. Larger because of the desired growth and in Kralingen because our clients are extremely charmed by it. As are we.

Part of 'De Tijs' building dates from 1890. The charisma of the premises is industrial and it does indeed make one think of a small factory or a school building. And all this in the 'shadow' of Erasmus University. This look suits us. Contrary to the traditional style of the legal profession: no chandeliers, no glass colossus. Simply down to earth. Confident. DeKalb County was formed on March 4, 1837, out of Kane County, Illinois. The County was named in honor of Johann de Kalb,[4] a German (Bavarian) hero of the American Revolutionary War. DeKalb County is approximately 632.7 square miles, located 63 miles west of Chicago. There are 19 townships in the county with the county seat at Sycamore.

Between 1834 and 1837, early white men began to settle in DeKalb County along the streams and wooded areas because of the fertile soil, wild game, and food and water opportunities. Major growth stemmed from the introduction of the railroad which brought easier methods of transportation and opportunities for industrial growth. Some of the notable industries based in DeKalb County were: Sandwich Manufacturing Company, Marsh Harvester Company, Barbed Wire, Gurler Brothers Pure Milk and many more.

The county has always been noted for agriculture. In 1852, the first Agricultural Fair was held in Sycamore, under the supervision of the DeKalb Agricultural Society. Eventually farmers, businessmen, bankers and newspapermen organized to become the DeKalb County Soil Improvement Association. In later years the DeKalb County Soil Improvement Association would split into two and become DeKalb County Farm Bureau and DeKalb Agricultural Association (DEKALB AgResearch, Inc., Monsanto). DeKalb County is credited with being the birthplace of the Farm Bureau movement.

DeKalb County operates under the township form of county government. The governing body is the County Board. As the legislative element, the County Board is responsible for adopting all Ordinances for the governance of DeKalb County, which laws are contained in the DeKalb County Code; establishing budget for several funds as well as levying taxes, promulgating policies, rules and regulations for the management of County operations.

The DeKalb County Solicitor-General's office, under the direction of Sherry Boston, prosecutes misdemeanor crimes committed in DeKalb County. The DeKalb Park District was established in 1935 through the initiative of members of the League of Women Voters, to address the need for a public swimming pool in the community. Initially the main services provided focused on swimming and use of the outdoor parks. But as lifestyles changed, so did the District.

In the mid 1960's the City gave the Ellwood House mansion to the District. In 1970, the park district hired its first full time executive director and by 1980 the district had pool, acquired Haish Gymnasium and Buena Vista, a nine-hole golf course. In 1985, the park district purchased River Heights, a second nine-hole golf course, which was later developed into an 18-hole course.

New parks were acquired as conservation areas in order to preserve floodplain lands and wildlife habitat. Other parks were established as community-wide active recreation facilities designed to serve all types of recreational uses. In addition to this system of parks the District established the Kishwaukee Kiwanis pathway system totaling over 8 miles in length, connecting DeKalb with Sycamore and the Great Western Trail to the east.

In 2000 the District opened the Sports and Recreation Center, a multi-function facility that features in indoor field of over 1 acre, clear-span space with synthetic field turf. The park district provides year-round athletic and recreation programs including day camps, youth baseball and softball, adult softball leagues both indoors and outdoors, swimming lessons, golf lessons, karate, tennis, adult and youth basketball leagues, indoor soccer, fitness classes, and preschool to name a few.

Today the DeKalb Park District park system includes 44 parks totaling over 700 acres comprised of community parks, neighborhood parks, passive parks and linear parks.

Dekker Chrysanten is one of the largest chrysanthemum breeders in the world. The company, which develops and markets new chrysanthemum varieties, has its own production facilities in Hensbroek and Tanzania. The sales offices are located in the Netherlands, South Africa and Colombia. A test site has also been set up in Colombia and South Africa.

De stichting De Kleine Prins is een stichting voor Speciaal Onderwijs en voorzieningen waar de volgende drie scholen bij zijn aangesloten:
