The food we serve is cooked fresh daily on the premises by our staff and is served by volunteers.

Culinary/Baking Arts Training Program: We offer a 17 week training program to those who are those who are homeless, indigent or unemployed. By completing this 17 week program, students gain skills that will enable them to find employment in the food service industry. In additional to cooking instruction, the students also attend life skills training and financial management classes. The course includes a three week off site internship. Our Case Manager works with each student to help them find employment after graduation.

The Project Smiles Dental clinic provides free dental care to patients without dental insurance or access to care. Volunteer dentists and hygienists staff the clinic, which is open two to three days per week.

We also partner with other agencies to provide general healthcare, eye exams and legal advice on-site to assist our dinner guests and Job Training students.

About Caudalie

Caudalie was created in 1995 after Mathilde and Bertrand Thomas met Pr. Vercauteren, from the University of Pharmacy of Bordeaux and the world's leading expert on resveratrol and polyphenol. On the wine estate of Mathilde's family Château Smith Haut Lafitte, the Professor explained to the couple that the polyphenols from grapeseeds are the most powerful anti-oxidant produced by nature. Caudalie registered exclusive patents for anti oxidant Grape-seed Polyphenols, firming Resveratrol and brightening Viniferine. Caudalie is today also working with Dr David Sinclair from Harvard Medical School. Harvard University and Caudalie have co-filled patents together that are in Caudalie Resveratrol Lift collection.

Community Access Unlimited (CAU) is dedicated to providing community access through effective and comprehensive support services for individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, and people with affordable housing needs, giving them the opportunity to live independently and to lead normal and productive lives as citizens integrated into the community.

The organization celebrated its 37th anniversary in 2016. CAU serves more than 5000 individuals per year in areas of housing, life skills, employment, money management, socialization, and civic activities. CAU also supports opportunities for advocacy through training in assertiveness, decision making, and civil rights.

But they also serve a much more serious purpose: that of helping wounded warriors begin the normalization process and the re-entry to home and community as they take their long journey back to health.

Cause programs include: C-DEL (Digital Entertainment Libraries), Hospital Game Carts, Massage/Reiki/Reflexology treatments, Family Craft Nights, and other special events.

Cause programs take place on the campuses of military medical facilities in the United States and in Germany, including Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Brooke Army Medical Center, Balboa Naval Medical Center, Fort Hood, Fort Bragg, Fort Belvoir, Fort Riley, and Fort Bliss.
