In 1946 Clark Brothers sand and gravel (1946 – 1998) began operating from Dalby, a country town situated in the Darling Downs region of Southwestern Queensland. Established by brothers Bill and Peter Clark the business traded successfully in sand mining, earth moving and civil construction .

For 52 years Clark Brothers supplied bulk sand and gravel to the region and performed civil works ranging from Silo and general excavations, many kilometres of main roads in western Queensland and other works such as the Dalby aerodrome and drive-in-theatre. In 1974 CB Constructions (CB's) was formed in Springwood Brisbane by Peter & son, Michael Clark, to take advantage of the booming Southeast QLD property market of the time.

The Central Bank of Armenia (the CBA) is a legal entity empowered with state functions. Primary goal of the CBA is price stability in the Republic of Armenia. The CBA coordinates the primary goal with the Government of Armenia, as stipulated by the Armenian Law on State Budget, and approved by the National Assembly of Armenia. The CBA itself decides on the strategy of monetary policy it implements and target (intermediate and operational) indicators that are contained in the monetary policy program and subject to presentation to the National Assembly. The program outlines the main directions of the monetary policy and the monetary instruments which the CBA uses in order to fulfill its objectives.

Coordination of monetary and fiscal policies is priority in developing and implementing the monetary policy. The coordination involves both opting for basic macroeconomic indicators and issues relating to short-term adjustment of liquidity by the CBA, disbursement of external financial inflows and issuance and allocation of T-bills by the Government. The CBA makes sure its activities are maximally transparent and open to public, which serve the best warrant for the general public's confidence in the monetary policy implemented by the CBA.

Commercial Bank of Africa Ltd (CBA) was founded in 1962 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and immediately thereafter established branches in Nairobi and Mombasa in Kenya, and in Kampala, Uganda. With the nationalisation of banks in Tanzania, CBA was incorporated in Kenya in 1967. En el año 2003 establecimos una sociedad con AmBev, del Grupo AB InBev, la empresa cervecera más grande del mundo. Esta alianza dio lugar a la instalación de una de las plantas cerveceras más modernas de la región en Teculután, Zacapa. En el 2014 cuenta con el siguiente portafolio de cervezas Brahva, Budweiser, Stella Artois, Corona Extra, Becks, Extra y Modelo.

Nuestra unidad de negocios "LivSmart" enfocada en la producción y comercialización de bebidas naturales y nutricionales, con operaciones en más de 20 países alrededor del mundo. Entre los productos del portafolio se encuentran Jugazzo, California, Naturalísimo y Petit.
