CaSPA Care is the merger of two community based organisations, Claremont Home (Albert Park) and SouthPort Nursing Home (Port Melbourne). Claremont has provided residential care services in the local area for over 50 years and SouthPort 30 years.

The committees of management of both organisations were conscious that to provide care in an era of increasing frailty of residents and more robust certification and accreditation standards, merging the two organisations would enable them to continue to provide a quality services on a larger scale to current and future residents.

The two committees of management have been merged to form the CaSPA Care Board which has oversight of the merger of the two organisations.

Work is progressing on the design for the new 146-bed facility on the Raglan Street, South Melbourne, site which will bring together residents from both facilities and will provide a quality service for people from the local community now and into the future.

Back in june 2009 we (me and my wife Mylène) bought a house which has the railroad tracks running at the back. Meanwhile I asked Michel Racine to make a logo for

Cassel Brewery™, I had no idea at the time that there was the photo you see below in the century book of Casselman.

Michel presented the logo and it had a very nice train on it he said he got it from the Casselman history book, I said great idea! Love it! I later went to pickup that book to scan the photo to keep it digitally. I found out pretty quick that where the train has stopped for the photo below, that it was actually my backyard and the water tower was just across the tracks again in my backyard. I can still clearly see the tower foundation piers from our roof.

All the coincidences, see destiny + the feedback I get from the Cassel Brewery Beers is telling me one thing, to pursue my passion and realize a long time dream.

The main actor behind the renaissance of Castelfalfi is TUI - one of the biggest tour operators in Europe -which decided to buy the property and breathe new life into an area that covers more than 1,100 hectares divided into vineyards, olive groves, forests, lakes and a hunting reserve.

The ancient tobacco factory is now a four-star hotel, La Tabaccaia, and the castle and village – within its 48 apartments - have been restored according to the true Tuscan style as well as the exclusive Casali. In addition to the sporting club and the Wellness & Beauty area, Toscana Resort Castelfalfi features a scenic 27-hole Golf Club, the biggest Tuscan course over 9,400 meters of hillside and greens. Moreover, the two restaurants – the Trattoria Il Rosmarino and the Restaurant La Rocca - serve the very Tuscan cuisine without forgetting modernity and innovation. Fondé en 2005, CASTELIERS est un diffuseur spécialisé en théâtre voué aux arts de la marionnette. CASTELIERS organise un festival international annuel et une saison de programmation. CASTELIERS s'adresse tant aux enfants qu'aux adultes et propose des spectacles de formes traditionnelles ou contemporaines, témoignages de la richesse du passé et de la pluralité des créations nouvelles qui s'en inspirent.

Parallèlement à la diffusion de spectacles, CASTELIERS offre une variété d'ateliers et d'activités de sensibilisation autour de l'art de la marionnette, accueille des artistes en résidence et fait un travail de fond pour le développement de la discipline.

Au Québec, l'art de la marionnette a connu un développement remarquable depuis les années 1970 ; aujourd'hui, plus d'une quarantaine de compagnies professionnelles créent des spectacles pour enfants et pour adultes. Afin d'encourager cet essor, CASTELIERS a été fondé à Montréal pour promouvoir la diffusion des arts de la marionnette et l'excellence du travail des créateurs professionnels d'ici et d'ailleurs.

Sans lieu de diffusion attitré, CASTELIERS travaille en synergie avec plusieurs partenaires locaux, nationaux et internationaux : diffuseurs spécialisés et pluridisciplinaires, festivals, institutions d'enseignement et associations disciplinaires. CASTELIERS bâtit ainsi un réseau dynamique qui encourage les initiatives régionales de chacun et accroît le rayonnement des spectacles invités.

CASTELIERS est partenaire culturel de l'arrondissement d'Outremont, membre de l'Association québécoise des marionnettistes, de l'Union internationale de la marionnette, de l'Association des diffuseurs spécialisés en théâtre, du Conseil québécois du théâtre et de Culture Montréal.

Castelli traces its roots back to 1876 and a fine tailor, Vittore Gianni, in the heart of Milan. Through the years, Vittore Gianni clothed AC Milan, Juventus, and the Milan Ballet. The first cycling clothing was made in the 1910s for the five-time Giro champion Alfredo Binda. Maurizio Castelli was born in 1948, and grew up following the races of Fausto Coppi, a close friend with Maurizio's father who was then owner of Vittore Gianni. Coppi always wore Vittore Gianni clothing, including the first silk skin suits designed for Fausto's time trials.

After a brief but promising cycling career, Maurizio created his eponymous brand in 1974 and a series of firsts would follow: the first Lycra shorts used in racing and sold to the public, the first colored shorts, the first sublimation printed jerseys, the first synthetic winter clothing, the first use of windproof membranes, the first hydrophilic fabric treatments, the first anatomic seatpad, the lightest jersey ever produced, and the most aerodynamic jersey ever produced. Maurizio's vision was to be at the forefront of technology, performance and design. Maurizio Castelli died in 1995 while cycling up the Cipressa climb, the next-to-last hill in the Milano-San Remo course.

Today, Castelli is dedicated to continuing Maurizio's dream: to create the most innovative clothing for the cyclist seeking maximum performance.

The land of Castello di Meleto extend around the medieval town for about 2,470 acres: of there 300 are reserved for growing grapes. Sangiovese is the main varietal used in the production of the Chianti Classico DOCG. Other varietals planted in the '80s include Merlot and Cabernet, but since the late 90s there has been a process of replanting aimed at enhancing the traditional heritage of grapes in Tuscany, also introducing some white varieties such as Vermentino.

From the clusters ripened under the Tuscan sun come grapes of exceptional purity. The 300 acres of vineyards located within the estate of Castello di Meleto have all the necessary requisites for producing great wines: good soil, perfect micro-climate and the expertise of our farm managers.
