It is by Court Order that Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) volunteers advocate on behalf of a child in a case of abuse and neglect. Case workers and guardian ad litem attorneys are charged with providing abused and neglected children with temporary protection. These professionals struggle to devote sufficient time to each child to ensure that all their needs are being met. The CASA volunteer is typically appointed to one case at a time and handles that case to its successful conclusion-when the court's jurisdiction is terminated. The volunteer submits regular, formal reports directly to the presiding judge, appears at all court hearings and monitors court-ordered treatment and placement plans. They frequently have contact with parents and report on their participation and progress related to efforts to satisfy the requirements for family reunification. The Court considers the volunteer's recommendations prior to making rulings on child placement and treatment plans.

Somos uma família apaixonada por móveis!

Nossa história com móveis começa no início dos anos 70, quando o senhor Ari Rodrigues da Cunha iniciou como representante da indústria moveleira nos estados de SP, GO, MT e PA; viajando de trens e ônibus, chegando a passar mais de 40 dias longe de casa.

Nesta época a indústria de móveis no Brasil estava engatinhando, os produtos eram quase todos de madeira maciça, os móveis eram entregues nas lojas todos montados, havia pouca variedade e as estradas eram péssimas, grande parte delas em terra. Nesta época o papel de representante da indústria era fundamental, pois não existia nada para comunicação entre as lojas e as fábricas, e por esse motivo era o representante responsável por levar as novidades e tendências do mercado. Não existia venda por encomenda pois a demora tornava inviável a entrega, não existia internet e os telefones eram raros, e se os representantes não trouxessem novidades as lojas não tinham o que apresentar e vender.

Os anos se passaram, o mercado evoluiu e as indústrias investiram, o mercado aumento muito, abriram muitas lojas, mas sempre o senhor Ari via uma oportunidade de fazer algo melhor para suprir as necessidades do mercado e dos clientes, de atender mais rápido com um bom estoque.

Em 1987 o senhor Wagner Diniz de Souza iniciou o trabalho de representante juntamente com o senhor Ari na região de Campinas, Em 1994 o senhor Ari veio a falecer, mas esse sonho nunca foi esquecido e em 2009 o projeto do atacado foi colocado em prática na cidade de Santa Bárbara D'Oeste – SP. em um espaço de 200M².

Com o atacado, vimos que as lojas eram muito deficientes e trabalhavam praticamente sem estoque dependendo das encomendas. Em 2010 mudamos para um espaço maior, passando de 200m2 para 1200m², para poder trabalhar com mais produtos.

Em 2011 adquirimos nossa primeira loja varejista na cidade de Aguaí-SP, saí vieram as outras em São Simão, Campinas e Serrana, para usar o grande estoque que possuímos.

The organization was founded in 1977 by a group of volunteers in Boston's South End to provide a safe haven for women who were being abused by their husbands and partners, often in front of their children. Caserones se ubica en la Región de Atacama, 162 kilómetros al sureste de la ciudad de Copiapó, en el cajón superior del valle de la comuna de Tierra Amarilla y a una altura media de 4.300 metros sobre el nivel del mar, en la cordillera de Los Andes.

Es un yacimiento de baja ley, con una ley de corte de 0,14% CuT. La operación considera una explotación a rajo abierto, con una planta concentradora para producir concentrados de cobre y molibdeno a partir de sulfuros primarios, y una planta de extracción por solvente y electro-obtención (SX-EW) para producir cátodos de cobre mediante el procesamiento de minerales oxidados, mixtos y sulfuros secundarios.

Luego de diez años de desarrollo del proyecto, desde las primeras exploraciones hasta su construcción y puesta en marcha, Caserones fue inaugurada el 30 de julio de 2014, con la partida oficial de la línea de producción de sulfuros, en una ceremonia realizada en Santiago con la presencia del Primer Ministro de Japón, Shinzo Abe y de la ministra de Minería de Chile, Aurora Williams, junto con el ministro de Energía, Máximo Pacheco; y por parte de los dueños, Shigeru Oi, presidente y CEO de JX Nippon Mining Metals Corp., además de los principales ejecutivos de MLCC y autoridades regionales de Atacama.
