Arapahoe County is Colorado's first county and the third largest in the state with a population of more than 618,000. The County has 13 incorporated communities, including Aurora, Bennett, Bow Mar, Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, Columbine Valley, Deer Trail, Englewood, Foxfield, Glendale, Greenwood Village, Littleton, and Sheridan.

Arapahoe County was named for the Arapaho Indians, who along with the Cheyenne Indians, occupied most of Colorado when it was only a territory.

An elected, five-member Board of County Commissioners serves as the administrative and policy‐making body. Voters also elect the County Assessor, Clerk and Recorder, Coroner, District Attorney, Sheriff and Treasurer.

Arapahoe County has 2,011 employees and a $339.3 million budget. The County has one of the lowest mill levies of counties on Colorado's Front Range.

The County Administration Building is located at 5334 S. Prince Street in Littleton, Colorado, but we offer locations throughout Arapahoe County.

The Arapahoe Library District was established in April 1966 to provide public library service to all residents of Arapahoe County, except those living in the cities of Littleton, Englewood and Aurora. Residents of these cities are served by libraries established prior to 1966 that are funded and maintained by their respective city governments. All Arapahoe County residents, however, are free to use any of the libraries in the county.

As soon as the green coffee purchased by a CSC Member arrives at the final port, an independent inspector picks a sample. In order to be considered as ‘special', the coffee must meet stringent requirements and more tasting sessions are performed to confirm the same parameters, previously tasted after the crop. Further inspections at the roaster's site ensure the correct use of the selected coffees and, finally, the CSC label is stuck on the packages.
