Verwey Vastgoed BV

Verwey Vastgoed BV is a professional property management company. It started in 1999 as a one-man business, but as of 2017 Verwey Vastgoed BV employs 160 people in the management of rented housing complexes, commercial properties, owners'​ associations and Hospitality Management. Verwey is active in all regions of The Netherlands for commercial properties, but the focus for residential properties is on the Randstad area (with the cores of Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam).

The management portfolio consists of over 17.200 rented homes and 2.150.000 m2 of commercial property which are managed on behalf of well-known property investors, asset management organizations, municipalities and housing cooperatives. In addition, over 11.000 homes and apartments are managed on behalf of circa 290 owners'​ associations.

The growth of the company is a result of the fact that Verwey Vastgoed BV emphasises quality of service towards her clients, both investors and tenants / home-owners.
