Al Enmaa Real Estate Company (K.S.C) has been established on 15/8/1993 by a capital of K.D 1 Million and its one of the first companies established by Kuwait Finance House and operates according to the provisions of the Islamic Shariaa. Considering the diversification of its activities and its characterized performance during the 4 years of its woks, the extraordinary General Assembly held on 4/6/1997 decided to increase the Company's capital to become K.D 45 million.
