WIA began in 2012 and is in its fourth successful year of operation. We began in a temporary location in Glendale, WI for two years and have been in our permanent location in Wauwatosa, WI for just over 1 1/5 years.

WIA partners with 5 area high schools in order to help in the college preparation process. The partner schools are Pius XI High School , Dominican High School, Martin Luther High School, St. Thomas More High School, and Catholic Memorial High School. WIA collaborates with our partner schools to provide a diversified, academic environment that helps students from various backgrounds succeed in the US educational system throughout high school and into university.

In the 2014-2015 academic year WIA graduated 6 students from Dominican High School, 23 from Pius XI High School, 1 from St. Thomas More High School, and 1 from Martin Luther High School who attended Universities throughout the US and Europe.

Wisconsin Building Supply came into existence on October 30, 2009, but don't think for a moment that we are a start-up company with limited experience and ability. WIDB signed on the air on Sunday April 12, 1970 as a completely student-run operation housed in the basement of the Wright Hall dormitories. (We were supposed to be in the basement of Boomer Hall, but there were protests over having a bunch of hippies down there, so we went to Wright instead.) WIDB's early years are a window into the changing landscape of the 60s and 70s – a rising of adolescent views in contrast to those in power – both on a national and university level. Though it was only carrier current, WIDB changed the landscape of SIU.

After 17 years in Wright Hall, WIDB moved to the Student Center in 1987. From our offices on the 4th floor, we continue to bring Southern Illinois University Carbondale a center for student voice, cutting edge music, and student-oriented news and sports programming. In our years, we've done Cable FM, and now web streaming.

On Wednesday January 26, 2005, WIDB made history again with the launch of our second station: The Remedy – our 24-7 hip-hop station. Alongside our Alt-rock original, the Revolution, we can now provide a bigger outlet than ever for the students of SIU. True to our roots, we're still completely student-run, from the DJs all the way to the General Manager. Who knows what the future holds for WIDB? If our past is any indicator, it'll be a wild ride!

Wifiweb fornisce inoltre servizi internet correlati alla connettività, quali hosting e housing di server propri del cliente, server virtuali su propria infrastruttura virtuale ridondata, servizi cloud e servizi di sicurezza.
