Established in Western Australia in 1941, The Federation of Western Australian Police and Community Youth Centres (PCYC) is a not-for-profit organisation that creates opportunities for young people in the community through the delivery of recreational and educational activities and programs. We operate in excess of 50 PCYC and Blue Light Centres throughout metropolitan and regional Western Australia, as well as two camp facilities.

PCYC is different to other organisations delivering development programs because of our relationship with the Western Australia Police. These activities are a great way for young people to be active and learn new skills. Recognising the need to become mobile, PCYC created the Outreach division in order to offer services to those individuals and communities that may not have access to a current PCYC facility. Warden Woods Community Centre began as a Mennonite Church response to the needs of residents in a new government housing project in southwest Scarborough. Built in the early 1960s to accommodate 347 families and 392 senior citizens, Warden Woods had no recreational facilities and few public amenities.

Accordingly, the church began advocating for suitable space for activities and, in cooperation with local residents, launched three programs: clothing distribution, the Woodland Nursery School, and a teen drop-in centre. Later, in 1968, the Church joined with Family Services Association, Children's Aid Society and Public Health Department to form the Warden Woods Community Services Unit, a co-operative inter-agency effort virtually unique in Canada at that time.

College History

Warren County Community College was established in July 1981 by the New Jersey State Board of Higher Education and the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders. In its earliest years, WCCC operated as a "College without Walls" and held classes in local high schools. In 1987, the New Jersey State Board of Higher Education provided WCCC with degree-granting authority and a temporary facility was leased. In 1988, WCCC graduated its first class.

In 1992, WCCC was accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. In January 1996, the College moved into its current building on Route 57 in Washington, NJ. In 1997, a four-classroom addition was completed. The College was awarded a ten-year re-accreditation in 1998.

She continues to work with the other editors and their teams who are based in Northwich, Sale, St Helens, Leigh and Wirral to produce market-leading newspapers and websites.

Nicola takes an active role in the company's journalism training acting as an invigilator and assessor for workshops and refresher courses for trainees before taking their NCE.

The Warrington Wolves are a professional rugby league football club in the town of Warrington, Cheshire in England. They compete in Super League, Europe's top-level rugby league competition. Their colours are primrose (light yellow) and blue, though white has often featured on the home shirt. Warrington have lifted many of the major rugby league trophies, including the Challenge Cup in August, 2009. This was their first major honour since 1974 when they last lifted the Challenge Cup. Their last major cup final appearance prior to this was in 1990 against local rivals Wigan.
