La Universidad Latinoamericana fue fundada en febrero de 1976, como una sociedad civil sin fines de lucro.

En agosto de 2008 la Universidad se fusionó con uno de los grupos líderes a nivel internacional en materia de educación: Apollo Global. Apollo esta enfocada en la educación superior y cuenta con un sólido prestigio en el marco internacional, principalmente en Estados Unidos, consolidándose como el grupo de universidades privadas mas grande de ese país.

Product development, manufacturing, and assembly are carried out at this facility as the business responds to industry demands through the supply of effective and safe solutions for firefighting. For use across a wide range of land, marine & offshore applications, the ‘Ultra Fog' system has been tested and approved by the main Classification Registers in the world.

Water mist is highly effective at extinguishing the flames of a fire. In Ultra Fog's system it is produced using water expelled under pressure through a patented nozzle. The nozzle creates a very fine mist of micro-droplets that is much like fog. This fog reduces the heat very quickly and also suffocates the fire by preventing oxygen getting through to feed the flames. Because the system only uses water it is completely non-toxic and can be used even when people are present.

To create the mist, Ultra Fog uses a range of differently sized pumps, P35, MPU235, MPU335, Micropump and the biggest Master Pump Unit.
