Tyrilistiftelsen er en ideell stiftelse som tilbyr behandling av personer med alvorlig rusavhengighet.fra 16 år og oppover. Våre pasienter har ofte tilleggsproblematikk knyttet til sosiale relasjoner og psykisk og fysisk helse.

Vi har faste avtaler med regionale helseforetak, Barne-, ungdoms- og familiedirektoratet og Oslo kommune. Vi tilbyr individuell og gruppebasert behandling.

I 2014 hadde Tyrili 173 avtaleplasser og i underkant av 200 medarbeidere, og vi utvider stadig. Tyrili har plasser fordelt på seks enheter i Skien, Oslo, Lillehammer, Folldal og Trondheim. Vi har gjennom tiltaket 'Stifinner`n' behandlingsteam i Oslo og Bredtveit fengsel. Gjennom vårt varierte tilbud har vi mulighet til å tilrettelegge for den behandling som den enkelte trenger, enten det er langt fra det opprinnelige miljøet eller nært det livet som skal leves etter Tyrili.

For å få en plass hos oss, må den rusavhengige oppsøke behandlingsapparatet som skriver ut en henvisning eller søknad til vårt inntakskontor. Det er ventetid på plassene for langtidsbehandling. Ventetiden varierer, men er som regel på mellom 6 og 12 måneder. Vi har stort sett ledig kapasitet på korttidsplass. Det må likevel påregnes noe ventetid knyttet til inntaksprosessen. Noen av pasientene våre får LAR-behandling. De vil i forkant og etterkant av døgnbehandlingen bli fulgt opp av ambulante team fra Tyrili. Vi jobber tett med støtteapparatet rundt pasientene.

På initiativ fra Sentralrådet for narkotikaproblemer og Sosialdepartementet startet Tyrili opp i 1980 som et alternativ og supplement til eksisterende rusbehandling. Ønsket var å skape et mer helhetlig tilbud til rusavhengige; et ubyråkratisk og fleksibelt system uten for mange formaliteter.

Visjonen til Tyrilistiftelsen er at dette er mulighetenes sted. Her skal den enkelte få mulighet til å oppnå økt mestring på ulike livsområder, slik at rusmidler og kriminalitet ikke får styre hverdagen.
