The Amsterdam Aviation Association (SVAAA) is an association with full legal capacity for the students of the Aviation studies at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA), as well as students who are enrolled in a respective study at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) in which the field of aviation is central.

The association organizes various activities, such as visits to companies and air shows, information evenings, networking receptions and an annual introduction camp for freshmen students. Svenska Dagbladet (SvD), founded in 1884, is a national subscription newspaper with head offices in Stockholm.

In 2000 SvD made the transition from broadsheet to tabloid format. SvD combines the classic credibility of a quality newspaper with a contemporary look and presentation. The newspaper was voted the Newspaper of the Year in Sweden in 2005 and 2010. Its circulation figures have risen dramatically in recent years.

SvD is a daily publication which focuses on in-depth coverage in its weekend editions in the form of supplements and magazines.

The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Lane County, Inc. was established in 1954 and is the largest nonprofit human services organization in Lane County, Oregon. Our mission is to 'assist the poor and those in need of consolation, seeking out and utilizing any resource. Being mindful of the sanctity and dignity of all, any charitable work that advances those goals is within the mission of St. Vincent de Paul.' The agency provides a variety of programs that help low-income people become self-sufficient, including social services, homeless services, recycling and manufacturing, retail thrift stores, affordable housing, and vocational rehabilitation.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Detroit is the local arm of The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a Catholic lay organization of approximately 700,000 men and women who voluntarily join together to grow spiritually and offer person-to-person service to those living in poverty and the largest social assistance organization in the world. The Detroit office of The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a major provider of human services. Programs include home visits, housing assistance, disaster relief, job training and placement, food pantries, clothing and utility assistance. The Society works in conjunction with the Archdiocese of Detroit, networking with 2,000 Vincentian volunteers in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Lapeer, St. Clair and Monroe counties, and assisting 30,000 local households annually. SVdP's thrift stores in southeast Michigan support the society's other charitable operations including emergency food centers, youth summer camps and social services in the Van Elslander Family Center.
