SUN is een multiculturele studentenvereniging die zich inzet voor de participatie en volledige integratie van moslimstudenten. SUN is opgericht in 1995 door vijf Turkse studenten en is nu gegroeid tot een landelijke studentenvereniging met meer dan 350 leden. SUN is opgericht doordat er destijds weinig aandacht geschonken werd aan het groeiend aantal moslim/allochtone studenten. Er waren weinig verenigingen die de belangen behartigden van deze groep. De bestaande studentenverenigingen gaven geen gehoor aan de behoeften van deze moslim/allochtone studenten. Deze groep studenten hadden behoefte aan een wegwijzer waarbij ze zich konden ontwikkelen en participeren in de Nederlandse samenleving.

Omdat er behoefte is aan belangen behartiging, is het van groot belang dat er een multiculturele vereniging als SUN bestaat in Nederland. Door middel van verenigingen als SUN kunnen mensen hun problemen ter sprake brengen en oplossingen zoeken. In je eentje kan je weinig veranderen maar een vereniging als SUN kan ten minste problemen aankaarten van haar doelgroep en dit ter discussie brengen. Hiernaast is het belangrijk dat mensen zich op andere gebieden ontwikkelt, zoals op politiek, sociaal maatschappelijk en educatief gebied. Dankzij de activiteiten van SUN is dit mogelijk. Tevens willen mensen van dezelfde denkwijze/geloof/nationaliteit bij elkaar komen om ervaringen uit te wisselen of te netwerken.

Hoe mooi een website ook is, hij boet al snel aan kracht in als de informatie erop niet relevant of verouderd is.

Vaak wordt tijdens de bouw van een website veel geld, tijd en aandacht aan de inhoud geïnvesteerd.

Maar na verloop van tijd blijkt dat het toch moeilijker is dan gedacht om de site up-to-date te houden. Ook hierin kan Studio 66 een rol spelen.

Elly Honig, grafisch ontwerper, beeldend kunstenaar en fotografe. Haar opleiding heeft ze genoten aan de Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, richting grafisch ontwerpen met als extra vak fotografie.

Zij heeft na haar opleiding 13 jaar gewerkt bij Eden (BRS Premsela Vonk) en Total Design en heeft zich gespecialiseerd in het maken van formulieren.

Na deze periode was zij toe aan een ommezwaai en heeft haar werkgevers vaarwel gezegd. Ze heeft zich toen vrij gevestigd. Studio 1 bestaat ruim 10 jaar. Naast formulieren maakt ze van ieder soort opdracht een succes. U mag bij haar aankloppen voor zowel een kerstkaart als een web-site.

In de afgelopen 10 jaar heeft zij zich ook toegelegd op de beeldende kunst.

Na de voorgaande periode als hoofd van het gezin met baan en puberkinderen kwam er rust en kon zij zich toeleggen op haar passie, het creëren van kunst. Inmiddels heeft ze een paar exposities achter de rug en is ze in 2008 kunstenaarslid geworden bij Arti et Amicitiae met grafisch werk en foto's.

Studio26 is een podium voor creatieve industrie dat zich artistiek, educatief en maatschappelijk inzet voor zowel de particuliere als de zakelijke markt. Studio26 biedt een breed cursusprogramma op het gebied van dans, muziek, theater (musical) en circus voor amateurs, welke gegeven worden op zes leslocaties in Velp, Arnhem en Dieren.
