SILBA is a Danish, independent civil-society organization working for dialogue and democracy in Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Caucasus. We do so in cooperation with local organizations by conducting short-term, electoral observatory missions (EOM) and international youth seminars.

In Denmark SILBA educates election observers. SILBA hosts readings and debates on current topics related to politics, social issues and history in our focus area. We also host cultural events presenting food, music and arts from the above mentioned areas.
