Sedition DJs was born out of our passion for the underground dance scene and a desire to get involved. The story began back in 2001 when we first started putting on parties in London, and many of the DJs who played for us became part of the Sedition DJs roster.

A diverse selection of artists have been part of the Sedition DJs roster, and just a few of the names we have represented include Switch, Tim Sheridan, Martin Dawson (King Roc), Alan Fitzpatrick, Jon Rundell, Cid Inc, Richard Norris, Paul Jackson, Jon Pleased Wimmin, Nick Correlli (MYNC Project), Santos, Alex Dolby, Gavin Herlihy, Geddes and Tommy Four Seven. We also worked extensively with Ministry of Sound tours for several years with many of our DJs playing at Ministry of Sound events across the world.

After running Sedition DJs in London for several years, we relocated to Barcelona in October 2010 and are now based here permanently. DJ bookings are at the heart of what we do, but we are also involved in event management, music programming and PR, and have a partnership with Musiqware for music publishing for our artists.

The SEED Foundation is a national nonprofit that partners with urban communities to provide innovative educational opportunities that prepare underserved students for success in college and beyond. We establish college-prep, public boarding schools and offer SEED graduates postsecondary support through the SEED College Transition & Success Program.

In 1998, the Foundation opened The SEED School of Washington, D.C. – the nation's first urban public boarding school. It serves 340 students in grades 6 - 12. To date, 93 percent of all SEED graduates have enrolled in college.

Building on that success, The SEED School of Maryland opened in Baltimore in 2008. Approximately 400 students live and learn on the 52-acre SEED Maryland campus; the school graduated its first class of seniors in 2015, and 100% of graduates were accepted to four-year colleges.

In August 2014, The SEED School of Miami opened its doors to its first class of 60 sixth-graders, and will add a grade each year until it has 400 students enrolled in grades six through twelve.
