1 januari 1997 is voor ons, Wilfred Puntman en Claudia Puntman-Hoogboom, een hele belangrijke datum. Op deze datum zijn wij samen Puntman Makelaars gestart. De start begon vanuit ons huis aan de Valkenburgstraat 9 te Arnhem. Uit kostenoverweging waren wij nog geen lid van een brancheorganisatie. Na 2 maanden van acquireren begon het kantoor te draaien en 9 maanden later volgde het lidmaatschap bij de Nederlandse Vereniging van Makelaars (NVM).

Het kantoor groeide en de gehele bovenverdieping was inmiddels in gebruik genomen. Conclusie: verhuizen! April 1999 verhuisde ons kantoor naar de huidige locatie aan de Venlosingel 50 (48 en 50). Een mooie locatie, direct tegenover Woonboulevard Arnhem. In 2001 hebben wij het kantoor vergroot met nummer 46.

De markt bloeide en ons kantoor groeide mee. Jaren verstreken. In 2008 veranderde de woningmarkt drastisch. Tijd voor nieuwe ideeën en een nieuwe strategie. Ook in die tijd hebben wij laten zien er te zijn voor onze cliënten.

Op 1 januari 2018 bestaan wij alweer 21 jaar. 21 jaar die staat voor kennis en ervaring, maar vooral voor kwaliteit. Als beloning daarvoor is ons kantoor in januari 2017 met een 9,9 voor de 3e keer verkozen tot Beste Makelaar van Gelderland! Een prestatie waar wij heel erg trots op zijn!
