In strictly legal terms, ordinances have less 'force'​ than a decree or federal law under certain circumstances.

The executive power lies with the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region . The Government consists of one Minister-President and four ministers, two of them French-speaking and two Dutch-speaking. Three State Secretaries, at least one of whom must be Dutch-speaking, are added to the Regional Ministers.

The Ministry of the Brussels-Capital Region is the most important instrument of the Brussels government for the execution of its policy.

The 2017 NRL season was an exciting year for our Parramatta Eels Rugby League Club.

Under the leadership of Head Coach, Brad Arthur, we re-established our NRL team as an elite squad in the NRL Premiership, finishing 4th after the regular season.

In addition, we successfully relocated to our temporary home at ANZ Stadium and broke our all-time membership record.

We continue to be the largest professional sports organisation in Western Sydney, with the largest TV reach and largest online presence of any club in Western Sydney. It is an exciting time for our Club and our region, with 70% of Sydney's population growth in the next 20 years projected to be in Western Sydney.

In 2018, we will aim to provide even greater value to our commercial partners and further improve our game day experience at ANZ Stadium. We will also be working with Parramatta Leagues Club and our commercial partners to optimise opportunities with our key charity and community partners. P!D was founded in 2012 to expand on the participatory design work that its founders, Jan Lim and Mizah Rahman, have been doing since 2010. We have partnered with grassroots organisations, educational institutions and statutory boards in various initiatives to build engaged and empowered communities.

Participation House Support Services is a non-profit, community-based organization providing assistance to people with significant physical and/or developmental disabilities to reach their full potential in the community. It is committed to encouraging and creating an inclusive community where individuals with disabilities have access to all the community has to offer and are included in a valued and meaningful way.

In addition to supporting individuals in over 50 locations throughout London and region, Participation House provides support services, recreation and leisure activities for individuals with disabilities throughout the community. Project Hope (Help with Opportunities for Participation and Enrichment) was established to offer individuals considered medically fragile and/or having high needs with day activities for social interaction and community activities while still living at home with their families. Everyone supported by Participation House Support Services participates in determining the level and type of support they receive.

The Participatory Budgeting Project (PBP) is a nonprofit organization that empowers people to decide together how to spend public money, primarily in the US and Canada.

We create and support participatory budgeting processes that deepen democracy, build stronger communities, and make public budgets more equitable and effective.

Building on decades of experience around the world, we understand participatory budgeting (PB) as a democratic process in which local people directly decide how to spend part of a public budget. We approach our work in three main ways:

We recognize that many people face obstacles to participating in government, and we work to ensure that everyone has an equal voice, regardless of age, race, financial resources, or other issues. To level the playing field of participation and make public budgets work for everyone, we:

- Prioritize engaging underrepresented groups, such as youth, people of color, and low-income people

- Partner with local organizations that are already engaging marginalized communities

- Provide people with the tools to make fair and equitable spending decisions

Test Dust & Contaminants
