2016 yılında devlet destekli Ar-Ge Merkezi'miz hizmete alınmış olup, Ar-Ge projeleri vasıtası ile ithalatı yapılan ürünler üretim portföyümüze alınıp, Türkiye'nin cari açığına pozitif etki yaratılacaktır.

OPEN FRONT BOREN

Kouwenberg Infra BV beschikt over diverse boormachine voor het maken van boringen in verschillende afmetingen en verschillende materiaal soorten. Zodat voor elke boring de juiste machine ingezet kan worden. De ervaren boormeesters kunnen boringen realiseren vanaf 100 tot 5000 mm.

Het naar wens van de opdrachtgever aanpassen van boor equipement maakt mede dat Kouwenberg Infra BV specialist genoemd mag worden.

GESLOTEN FRONT BOREN

Bij gesloten front boringen staat de persinstallatie in een persput. Vandaaruit worden de buizen de grond ingeperst. De boorinstallatie bestaat uit een boormachine, perscilinder, persframe en een slurrysysteem. De boormachine heeft een roterend boorschild dat de grond losmaakt. Een aanvoerleiding voert water naar de boorkop, dat met de losgemaakte grond een slurry vormt.

Een afvoerleiding sluist de slurry af naar de scheidingsinstallatie, die grond en water weer van elkaar scheidt. Het water stroomt terug naar de boormachine. Vanuit de persput plaatsen we steeds nieuwe leidingsegmenten achter het boorschild. De boring eindigt in een ontvangstput.

PIPE CRACKING

Naast open front boringen is het bedrijf ook gespecialiseerd in pipe cracking. De techniek pipe cracking maakt gebruik van kracht om een oude leiding te breken of open te snijden en daarna een nieuwe, eventueel grotere, leiding in te trekken.
