Vi har specialiseret os i præfabrikeret modulbyggeri, der kan tilpasses ethvert tænkeligt behov, der kan opstå i det offentlige og private rum - lige fra kontorbygninger og institutioner til hospitaler og plejehjem. For at efterleve vores mål om at sætte den enkelte kundes ønsker i fokus, tilbyder vi både salg og udlejning af vores byggerier.

Alternative løsninger

Vi producerer og leverer alternative kvalitetsløsninger til traditionelt byggeri, der typisk indebærer store omkostninger og en lang opførelsesperiode. Hos JYTAS reduceres både omkostninger og leveringstid på et nøglefærdigt kvalitetsbyggeri væsentlig i forhold til andre byggeformer - ikke fordi vi går på kompromis med hverken kvalitet eller funktionalitet, men fordi vi har optimeret samtlige led i byggefasen.

Modulerne bygges i vores egne produktionshaller så langt frem i processen, at bygningerne er ca. 90 % færdige, når de leveres. Det betyder, at perioden fra byggestart til indflytnings-dagen er meget kort, og selve opførelsen sker med et minimum af byggerod på leveringsadressen.
