Facilities:

We have a team of 40 Executives, 7 Business Support Managers and 5 Administrators on permanent employment. Each executive will be working on a P4 Dual-Core PC with 1GB of memory. We have a redundant 2 MBPS Broadband Internet connectivity. As a backup, we also have a 'standby' internet connectivity from a different ISP.

Other resources include a conference room, UPS, air-conditioners, telephones, fax, Copier and a Laser printer. We work in cosy atmosphere on the 2nd floor of a leased commercial office building of about 2500 sq. ft.

Infra-Tect is the company that brings to market the Bevel-Sert, a pre-beveled radius insert used in conjunction with any size buried Ductile Iron Pipe, C-900 PVC, IPS PVC, or SDR-26 and SDR-35 PVC pipe or fitting and is intended to facilitate the safe installation of underground utilities where beveling field cut pipe is often required. The Bevel-Sert may also be used in ductile iron pipe as a barrier to electrical current, promoting the existence of an electrically discontinuous pipe-joint segment and increasing the lifetime of the underground pipe infrastructure.

In July 2010, OSHA responded to a letter specifically asking if a bevel could be ground onto a cut piece of pipe with the same tool that is used to cut the pipe, a cut-off saw. OSHA responded that this industry standard operating procedure was prohibited. The Bevel-Sert is specifically designed cost effectively to eliminate this unsafe practice.
