Independent Care was formed in 1994 as a joint venture between Humana Wisconsin Health Organization Insurance Corporation and the Milwaukee Center for Independence (MCFI).

On the morning of January 17, 2011, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)

announced in Luxembourg that its five branches – Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam,

Milan and Madrid – were formally opened for business.

La Fundación Bou está clasificada como benéfico-docente, y cumple actualmente su fin propio, por medio del Centro denominado Colegio Inmaculada Concepción, concertado con la Consellería de Cultura, Educación y Ciencia de la Generalitat Valenciana desde el 30 de mayo de 1986.

La atención y dirección de este Colegio-Asilo, fundado especialmente para niñas huérfanas de Cullera, se encomendó a las Hermanas Carmelitas de la Caridad, las cuales tomaron a su cargo todas las funciones para la enseñanza, mantenimiento y educación de las niñas. Al poco tiempo se inauguró la clase para alumnas externas que tuvo una gran aceptación y, de ese modo, se fueron incorporando al Colegio otras niñas no huérfanas de Cullera y alrededores para ser educadas igualmente en el ideario católico.

Por diversas circunstancias, en septiembre del año 1966, las Hermanas Carmelitas de la Caridad tuvieron que dejar el Colegio.

A partir de junio de 1967 se hicieron cargo del mismo las Hermanas de la Caridad de Santa Ana, las cuales estuvieron dirigiendo el Colegio hasta el año 2003. A causa de la disminución del número de hermanas en su congregación por falta de vocaciones, en el mes de julio del año 2005 dejan el colegio.

En el curso siguiente el colegio se incorpora a forma parte, en lo referente a los aspectos administrativo-jurídico-laboral, de la Fundación San Vicente Mártir-Colegios Diocesanos, de la Diócesis de Valencia, siendo integrado como uno más de los muchos colegios que forman el colectivo de los Colegios Diocesanos.
