Hundseth Power Line Construction (HPL) was founded in 1976 by C.L. Hundseth under the name Hundseth Construction. With 25 years of power line experience, Cec Hundseth saw an opportunity to fill a niche on the Saskatchewan contractor scene. Het Hunebedcentrum in Borger op de Drentse Hondsrug zet u op het spoor naar de prehistorie. Naar de tijd dat de eerste boeren zich in Drenthe vestigden. Deze boeren bouwden de indrukwekkende stenen grafmonumenten waarvan de restanten nu nog steeds in het Drentse landschap zijn te bewonderen. Er staan er nog 54 en het grootste staat pal naast het centrum.

In ons museum wordt het verhaal verteld over deze mysterieuze megalitische graven en de mensen die ze hebben gebouwd. Er wordt ingegaan op vragen als: wie heeft ze gebouwd en hoe maar vooral ook waarom zijn ze gebouwd. Op vele vragen zijn nog geen duidelijke antwoorden maar we zullen een tip van de sluier oplichten.
