Em 23 de janeiro de 2002, através da Portaria nº 160, o Ministério da Educação – MEC, a Fundação Alagoana de Pesquisa, Educação e Cultura – FAPEC obteve o credenciamento para a implantação do Centro de Educação Tecnológica de Alagoas – CET/AL, bem como a autorização para funcionamento de Cursos Superiores de Tecnologia. Logo após, em setembro de 2004, o MEC homologou o Decreto nº 5.225/04 que transformava todos os Centros de Educação Tecnológica do País em Faculdades de Tecnologia, por isso a mudança de CET/AL para FAT. A partir de então, a FAT, Instituição mantida pela FAPEC, tornou-se uma opção de formação, informação científica e tecnológica. The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) is an inter-governmental body established in 1989 by the Ministers of its Member jurisdictions.
