The Engineering Ambassadors Network originated from the successful Engineering Ambassador Program at Penn State University. Distinguished by its focus on scientific communications training and the use of messages from the National Academy of Engineering's Changing the Conversation, a presentation by the Penn State Engineering Ambassadors caught the eye of an executive at United Technologies Corporation (UTC). With support from UTC, the Engineering Ambassadors Program launched at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, University of Connecticut and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In addition, Simula Research Laboratory in Olso, Norway, started a similar program based off the Penn State Engineering Ambassadors Program.

In August 2012, Penn State hosted an international workshop where students and faculty from over 20 universities attended with the goal of receiving the communication training and launching their own Engineering Ambassadors Programs. The workshop was sponsored by the National Science Foundation, Penn State's Electro-Optics Center, and Penn State's College of Engineering. Thanks to an grant from the National Science Foundation, the Engineering Ambassadors Network continues to hold these workshops across the country at various universities.

The Rugby Football Union is the national governing body for grassroots and professional rugby in England, with 2,000 autonomous rugby clubs in its membership.

The clubs are grouped within 35 Constituent Bodies (CBs), comprised of counties – some individual, some combined – the three armed forces, Oxford and Cambridge Universities, England Schools Rugby Football Union and England Students.

All of this is supported by the RFU's 50 Rugby Development Officers, six Area Managers and 120 Community Rugby Coaches across the country, who provide some 30,000 coaching sessions a year for young people.

The RFU employs approximately 600 paid staff and helps to train and support more than 60,000 volunteers whose roles include:

Engro Vopak Terminal Limited (EVTL) is the largest independent chemical storage terminal in Pakistan. It is a joint venture between Engro Chemicals Pakistan Limited and Royal Vopak of the Netherlands. It is engaged in handling and storage of chemicals and LPG. In early 2009, Ethylene cryogenic storage facility with 14000 m3 capacity was commissioned, which is the first such facility in Pakistan.
