ECX assures all commodity market players the security they need in the market through providing a secure and reliable End-to-End system for handling, grading, and storing commodities, matching offers and bids for commodity transactions, and a risk-free payment and goods delivery system to settle transactions, while serving all fairly and efficiently.

70'li yılların sonlarında, ilaç dağıtım sektöründe yaşanan kaos ve keyfi uygulamalar; temel uğraş alanı insan sağlığı olan eczacıların kendi çözümlerini üretmesini de beraberinde getirmiştir. Türk eczacılrı dayanışma ve paylaşım örneği olan ilk kooperatiflerini 1978 yılı sonlarında Manisa'da kurmuştur. Bu girişimi diğer bölgelerdeki girişimler izlemiş ve 1989 yılında tüm bu girişimleri aynı çatı altında toplayan Tüm Eczacı Kooperatifleri Birliği (TEKB) kurulmuştur.

Aynı süreçte; eczacıların yoğun olarak hizmet verdiği İstanbul'da sürdürülen çalışmalar ve yapılan girişimler sonucu 18 Kasım 1989 tarihinde bir araya gelinerek kooperatifimizin temellerini atılmıştır. Laboratorio Eczane fue fundado en 1991 por el Dr. Carlos Alberto Fernández. En aquel momento el laboratorio estaba integrado por sólo 10 empleados. Sus clientes eran principalmente entidades gubernamentales.

En 1997 inicia su actividad en el negocio de Servicios a Terceros, prestando diversos servicios de producción para laboratorios nacionales y multinacionales. Entre estos servicios se destaca la fabricación de productos cosméticos.

En 2003 se toma la decisión estratégica centrarse en nichos de especialidad, optando por construir un área de producción para productos oncológicos - un servicio de alto valor agregado con poca competencia en nuestro país.

En 2010 se construye una segunda área productiva para la fabricación de productos oncológicos y se produce la primera exportación de estos productos a Latinoamérica.

En 2011 se decide potenciar el negocio de productos propios.Conformando de esta manera con el Carbón Activado su primera línea de productos especializados en Gastroenterología.

A fines de 2012 y en su carácter de distribuidor exclusivo en la Argentina, Eczane presenta ante la comunidad médica la línea de productos del laboratorio alemán Worwag Pharma, especialista mundial en la fabricación de productos dedicados al tratamiento de diabetes y sus complicaciones con reconocida presencia en más de 35 países.

En 2014 se habilita la nueva planta productiva de Cosmetica, aumentando la capacidad productiva en un 500% acompañada de la compra de nuevas maquinarias de primera linea para maximizar la producción y la calidad de nuestros productos y se comienza la construcción de una nueva planta farmacéutica .

En 2015 se comienza la exportación de productos a diferentes países : URUGUAY, PERU, VIETNAM, GUATEMALA.

En 2016 se continua la inversión en la producción de nuevos productos con gran orgullo se termina la planta productiva farmacéutica de sólidos comprimidos, comprimidos recubiertos y cápsulas generales.

Eden Housing revitalizes California communities through its affordable housing development and property management activities, through the partnerships it establishes and the investments it makes in California neighborhoods, and through the resident services programs it provides to meet the needs of its residents.

Eden Housing was founded in 1968 by six community activists who were greatly concerned about the lack of non-discriminatory, affordable housing in Alameda County, California. Using local coffee shops as an informal headquarters, Eden's founders rehabilitated six older homes in Oakland for first time homebuyer families. Their next project was a much larger undertaking: a 150 unit housing development for seniors in Hayward. Since that time, Eden Housing has developed or acquired 7,450 affordable housing units in nearly 100 properties that have provided homes for more than 65,000 people. Eden currently has more than 1,000 units in its immediate pipeline.

Eden's housing now includes rental apartments, cooperatives, and supportive living environments for families, seniors and people with disabilities. Eden has so far partnered with twenty-nine cities in ten California counties, and it is rapidly expanding its geographical operations to new communities including the Greater Sacramento area, the Central Valley, and Southern California.
