A project that has lately aroused considerable controversy is a recently completed drama theatre Teatr na Podoli, located on Andriivsky descent in the very centre of Kyiv.

The geography of our design work spans the whole Ukraine and goes far beyond its borders. Among our foreign projects it is worth mentioning multifunctional complexes in Kuwait, family houses in Spain, a hotel complex in southern France. В 2014 a design proposal suggested by "Drozdov&Partners" won the first prize in the design competition for Dalseong Citizen's Gymnasium in Daegu, South Korea.

"Drozdov&Partners" have been curators and participations of many exhibition projects, including Rotterdam Biennale (2005), "Contemporary Architecture and Design in Ukraine" in Riga (2011), Moscow Biennale of Architecture (2012), Daegu Architectural Biennale in South Korea (2014). Oleg Drozdov often acts as a guest lecturer and critic in various universities both in Europe and America. In 2017 he became one of the co-founders of Kharkiv School of Architecture – the first independent architectural higher education institution in Ukraine.

In our work we always try to find a balance between global vision and sensitivity to local context. Reinterpreting local cultural, social, geographic and other peculiarities is an important starting point for any project and a key to its identity. We easily enter new contexts and establish collaboration with local stakeholders. For us architecture is mainly a shell for various living scenarios. In this respect we always strive to reinterpret the given program and functions in a creative way, expand the range of possible scenarios, and suggest new typologies that bring about positive changes to the surrounding.

Dry Dock Brewing Co. is a speakeasy that hasn't stopped growing. The brewery was Aurora, Colorado's first when owners Kevin DeLange and Michelle Reding opened with a 7 BBL brewhouse in a 900-square-foot space next their original business The Brew Hut, a homebrew supply shop, in 2005. They named the brewery as a nod to Kevin's love of nautical history.
