Everyday (except Sunday) CrossFit Kings Point holds group classes on the hour during these times. The group classes are lead by our experienced Certified CrossFit trainers who program

a workout everyday in advance (so you don't have to). They start off by taking the group through a

thorough total body warm up. This is followed by a explanation and demonstration of the skills asked

to be performed in the upcoming "WOD" (Workout of the Day). The trainer will make sure the entire

class is comfortable with all of the skills asked to be performed that day before moving on to the WOD.

Once the group is confident in the exercises the WOD will begin with "3….2….1…..GO!" The WOD's

usually last anywhere between 10-40 minutes and consist of constantly varied functional movements

performed at a high intensity with the assistance of our Certified CrossFit Coaches. All workouts are

scaled to individual fitness levels. This allows for anyone to complete the WOD regardless of age, weight

Cross Oil Refining & Marketing, Inc. is an American oil refinery that began in 1923. It is a customer-oriented company that supplies base and specialty oils tailored to a specific customer group. The naphthenic refinery is located in Smackover, AR.

Cross Oil manufactures oils with a high degree of consistency by controlling the entire supply chain—from crude oil shipment, to refining, to delivery of the final product. All products are exclusively produced at our Smackover location.

After many years in the refining business Cross Oil acquired an interest in expansion that would serve as a consumer for the refinery's base oils.

As an addition to the existing refinery, Cross Packaging was built on the Arkansas grounds in 2002 where production began the same year. The plant consists of warehouse and production facilities that spans over 165,000 square feet. Crossrail Limited is building a new railway for London and the South East, running from Reading and Heathrow in the west, through 42km of new tunnels under London to Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the east. The project is building 10 new stations and upgrading 30 more, while integrating new and existing infrastructure.

The £14.8 billion Crossrail project is currently Europe's largest infrastructure project. Construction began in 2009 at Canary Wharf, and is now almost 75% complete. It is being delivered on time and within funding.

The new railway, which will be known as the Elizabeth line when services begin in 2018, will be fully integrated with London's existing transport network and will be operated by Transport for London. New state-of-the-art trains will carry an estimated 200 million passengers per year. The new service will speed up journey times, increase central London's rail capacity by 10% and bring an extra 1.5 million people to within 45 minutes of central London.

The new stations, public space and associated developments will add to the fabric of the landscape, act as a catalyst for regeneration and influence the way people experience the city and its suburbs.

The Elizabeth line will make travelling in the capital easier and quicker and will reduce crowding on London's transport network, operating with main line size trains carrying more than 1,500 passengers in each train during peak periods. The new trains will be 200 metres - that's almost twice as long as a London Underground train - creating a more comfortable passenger experience.
