The Agricultural Research Council (CRA) is a National Research Organization which operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, with general scientific competence within the fields of agriculture, agroindustry, food, fishery and forestry.

La base del Programa es la realización de Talleres Artísticos de áreas diversas, planificados bajo la metodología CreArte y ejecutados por jóvenes voluntarios que sábado a sábado, entre mayo y noviembre, acompañan a niños y niñas de 6 a 14 años a crear para creer en ellos mismos, en que pueden llegar a ser los promotores de su propio desarrollo y en que pueden enfrentar las dificultades con las que se encuentren de manera exitosa.

A lo largo de nuestra existencia, hemos realizado 500 Talleres CreArte; seleccionado, capacitado y acompañado a 1.000 jóvenes voluntarios; hemos recibido a cerca de 6.000 niños y niñas como participantes de Talleres CreArte y trabajado con más de 60 instituciones educativas.
