Casa Grande S.A.A. es una empresa agroindustrial dedicada al cultivo e industrialización de caña de azúcar y de sus derivados: azúcar, alcohol, melaza y bagazo. Se localiza a 610 km al norte de Lima, en la provincia de Ascope, Región La Libertad.

Es la azucarera más grande del país, con más de 30 mil hectáreas de superficie. Forma parte del Grupo Gloria desde el 29 de enero del 2006 y a partir de entonces inicia el camino de su reactivación, después de un largo período de decadencia. Anteriormente sus áreas cultivadas totalizaban 11 mil hectáreas, la molienda diaria llegaba a cuatro mil toneladas en promedio y la producción de azúcar era de 426 toneladas por día. El Grupo Gloria ha logrado que Casa Grande tenga en la actualidad más de 20 mil hectáreas cultivadas, que su molienda diaria sobrepase las nueve mil toneladas y que su producción de azúcar bordee las 1,000 toneladas por día.

Por su gran extensión, los campos de Casa Grande se controlan en tres divisiones: Roma con más de 6,000 hectáreas, Farías con alrededor de 5.500, Casa Grande con 6.500 y un anexo Chicamita con 2.000.

El ingenio azucarero trabaja con dos lavaderos, un trapiche y un difusor. Cuenta también con una destilería, cuya capacidad de producción es de 18 millones de litros de alcohol por año.
