Le Conseil d´Administration en constitue l´organe de gestion. Il est composé d'adhérents élus par l´Assemblée Générale et exerçant à titre bénévole. Quatre comités spécialisés sont issus du Conseil d'Administration qui leur a confié des missions spécifiques :

• Le Comité de Pilotage : veille sur l´équilibre actuariel du régime

• Le Comité des Investissements : supervise la gestion financière et veille au respect de la Charte et du règlement financiers

• Le Comité d´Audit : supervise les missions d´audit interne et externe

• Le Comité des nominations et des Rémunérations : arrête la politique de rémunération et fixe les émoluments des membres de la Direction.

A la suite des modifications statutaires introduites par l'Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire du 17 novembre 2016, les comptes de la CIMR sont désormais audités annuellement par deux commissaires aux comptes. Un cabinet d´actuariat indépendant certifie chaque année le bilan actuariel réalisé par la CIMR, sous la houlette du Comité de Pilotage.

Depuis 2009, la CIMR est certifiée ISO 9001 version 2008 pour ses deux processus métiers : le processus « Prestations » qui englobe l'ensemble des processus aboutissant à la liquidation des dossiers de pension et au règlement de ces dernières, et le processus « Production » qui couvre les processus d'adhésion des entreprises, l'affiliation et de gestion de la carrière des salariés affiliés.

Every month about 25 movies are being lined up to compete each other with their creative and entraining skills. With movies releasing every week, we believe that the Tamil Cinema Industry has reached its peak and there are no difficulties in releasing them but the reality is not so. Each year, 300 plus movies are being censored for their release but only 50 percent of the movies are being released.

About 150 movies find it difficult to touch the Silver Screen due to escalated cost in production and marketing. Marketing has become the most important tool for a movie to be commercially successful and render profits or revenue to its producers. Only 12 movies of 150 movies had tasted commercial success and rest 92 percent of the movies had made moderate revenue or heavy losses to its producers due to lack of publicity or smaller marketing budgets. With all these difficulties, the producers are forced to sell their copyrights to various platforms or distribution channels of their movie for a minimal revenue to cover their losses.

In addition, the most important hurdle every producer or a creator in the Film Industry is facing today is piracy. Almost 60 to 70 percent of a movie revenue are being eaten up by piracy which creates enormous hit to the revenue to its producer. Piracy has become so strong by being in multiple platforms which makes it difficult for any producer to curb it, individually.

With all these difficulties growing larger to a producer, C2H Network was founded by Mr. Cheran, Director & Producer to help and maximise the revenue with the use of latest technology and unique distribution network which was created over a period of 8 months. CinemAfrica Filmfestival i Stockholm startade 1998 och är idag Nordens största festival för afrikansk kvalitetsfilm. Till festivalen bjuder vi in aktuella filmskapare och debattörer för att medverka i seminarier och samtal kring de filmer vi visar.

The Cinnamon Trust works in partnership with elderly and terminally ill pet owners, acknowledging and valuing the treasured and important relationship between owner and pet, providing practical hands on assistance through a network of over 12,000 registered volunteers, when any aspect of day to day care poses a problem for the owner, and giving owners the peace of mind they need in order to benefit from the relationship, by the provision of life long care for pets who outlive them.

This care is given in two purpose built home-from-home sanctuaries and in foster homes. The Trust oversees all animals in long term foster homes and pays all veterinary bills.

Fosterers provide food but where particular diets are necessary and/or a family of animals has been fostered the trust also pays for food. This is in accordance with the expectations of deceased owners.

The Trust has an enviable reputation for providing a first class service across all areas of our work, from tasking volunteers to help owners and pets at home, to ensuring the permanent residents who reside at our two sanctuaries or in foster homes receive the highest standards of care.

The 3 proposed thematic lines (TL) for CINTESIS i.e. Preventive Medicine & Societal Challenges (TL1), Clinical & Translational Research (TL2) and Health Data and Decision Sciences & Information Technologies (TL3) are strongly aligned with the major priorities defined by Horizon 2020 (and what is known of FP9 and Portugal 2030) for health research in Europe and the FCT National Agenda for Health, Clinical and Translational Research.
