CLA was founded in 1998 by Arn Chorn-Pond, a survivor of the Khmer Rouge era and internationally acclaimed human rights spokesperson. Between 1975 and 1979, 25% of the Cambodian population perished, and it is thought that approximately 90% of Cambodia's artists were among the dead.

This means that even the most remote locations can now access cost-effective and low-risk solar power. Cambridge is a city in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States, in the Greater Boston area. It was named in honor of the University of Cambridge in England, a nexus of the Puritan theology embraced by the town's founders.
