Cafcass (Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service) is the voice of children in the family courts and helps to ensure that children's welfare is put first during proceedings.

Established in 2001, we are a non-departmental public body, helping over 115,000 children and young people a year who are going through care or adoption proceedings, or whose parents have separated and are unable to agree about future arrangements for their children.

We are independent of the courts, social services, education and health authorities and all similar agencies.

Our role is to:

• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children;

• Give advice to the family courts;

• Make provision for children to be represented;

• Provide information, advice and support to children and their families.

In February 2014 our inspection body Ofsted found that the quality and effectiveness of Cafcass work with children and families in both private law (arrangements for children) and public law (care and adoption) was Good, with Outstanding national leadership of the organisation.

Durante su visita a Asturias, estalla la Guerra Civil y se les hace imposible volver a Argentina.

En estas circunstancias, deciden fundar una tienda de coloniales en Tineo. A esta tienda se la conocía como la de 'El Gallego' y su café adquirió también ese sobrenombre, el café de 'El Gallego'. En los 50, cuando don Juan Carlos independizó la actividad de la tienda de sus padres y la de tueste y comercialización de café. En estos momentos, la empresa está siendo gestionada por la tercera generación familiar.

Founded in 2009 as Styrofoam out of Schools, we catalyzed the complete elimination of polystyrene (aka styrofoam) trays from all NYC schools and the 5 other largest US urban school districts. As of this school year, our efforts will result in the elimination of half a BILLION styrofoam trays per year from landfills, incinerators, and student meals across the US. We are dedicated to ensuring that these new compostable plates remain as resources.

We achieved this goal by working in partnership with NYC Department of Education (DOE) School Food Directors, parents, teachers, elected officials and students, who played a key role in winning this victory! Central to our work is the piloting of innovative, hands-on environmental education with student leadership and climate action in schools and neighboring communities. To date, we have primarily led our school programs in low-income communities of color in Manhattan and Brooklyn. We seek partner schools with a variety of challenges in order to develop cafeteria and classroom curricula and operational methods that schools citywide can benefit from. The culmination of this work is our SORT2save KIT - Phase 1 – CAFETERIA RANGERS, a free online resource for NYC =schools to achieve zero waste cafeterias. 9 Ağustos 1998 tarihinde dönemin Cumhurbaşkanı Süleyman Demirel tarafından eğitim-öğretime açılan Çağfen Koleji Anasınıfı 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Ve 6. Sınıflardan toplam 87 öğrenci ve 22 kişilik eğitim kadrosuyla çağdaş eğitim anlayışına yeni bir soluk getirmek üzere yola çıktı.

İlkeli, kararlı, tutarlı eğitim anlayışını benimseyen ve benimseten Çağfen Koleji; Karakter eğitimi, düşünce eğitimi, her sınıf düzeyinde adaptasyon, ders düzeyinde masa tenisi, 4. 5. Sınıflardan itibaren branşlaşma gibi eğitimin temel taşlarında Türk Milli eğitiminde ilklerin uygulayıcısı ve sahiplenicisi olmuş bir eğitim kurumudur.

Şube ve öğrenci sayısının sabit tutulduğu Çağfen Koleji "tanıyabileceğimiz ve ulaşabileceğimiz kadar öğrenci" ilkesini sahiplenen bir şehir içi kolejidir.

İlkelerinden asla ödün vermeyen Çağfen Koleji, öğrenci, veli ve eğitim kadrosuyla bir aile olmayı başarmış, uyguladığı çağdaş yaklaşımla her zaman tercih edilen bir Eskişehir markası olmuştur. Since 1992, the Center for Advancing Health Policy and Practice (CAHPP) at Boston University School of Public Health has advanced the health and well-being of vulnerable populations through research, policy analysis, technical assistance, and training for policy makers, providers, and consumers of health care.

We offer Employment, Literacy, Education & Training services to Aboriginal people (Status, Non-status, Metis and Inuit) living in Winnipeg.

CAHRD offers comprehensive services to job-seekers that lead to employment through job preparation or by accessing further education and training. All services include individual assessments, one-on-one counseling, resume and interview preparation, job referrals, various workshops, and access to a computer resource centre.

CAHRD'S education and post-secondary training services are delivered through the Neeginan Learning & Literacy Centre (NLLC), Aboriginal Community Campus (ACC) and the Neeginan College of Applied Technology. The Capital Area Humane Society is a non-profit organization that receives no government funding and cares for over 10,000 animals annually. Caia Park Partnership is a registered charity based in Caia Park in Wrexham. The Partnership has been in existence over fifteen years and delivers a needs led service for people on Caia Park.

The Partnership tries through providing training, support and advice to enable local residents to achieve their full potential. We offer a complete and complementary range of services that inter - link to support an individual to develop new skills and gain experience and confidence.

From its small beginnings the Partnership has grown into a large and complex organisation. We now employ over 75 staff of which over 80% are local residents. Over 150 volunteers regularly give their time at the Partnership. The Partnership is here for the benefit of every resident on the Caia Park estate. All the Partnership's services were established in response to need identified by local residents and local people manage the Partnership itself. The Partnership now also provides some services borough wide.

Most services are delivered from the Caia Park Centre, with Sparkles Day Care Nursery operating from the old Methodist Hall and Adult Day Care being provided from Deva House in Spring Lodge.
