Fundada há 30 anos, iniciou suas atividades na indústria e comércio de óleo e farelo de amendoim, em 2009 e 2010 passou a explorar a comercialização de grãos cru e blancheados, com sete unidades a empresa direcionou para Catanduva e Rancharia a industrialização de óleo vegetal e farelo de amendoim, para as unidades de Taquaritinga e Marília, o recebimento do amendoim em casca, secagem do amendoim em casca, debulha do amendoim em casca, processamento e blancheamento do amendoim em grãos cru e nas unidades de Monte Alto e Tupã o armazenamento da matéria-prima.

As unidades de Catanduva e Rancharia, recebem resíduos de amendoim concentrados nos dois grandes pólos de amendoim do estado, a região da Mogiana que abrange Ribeirão Preto e Marília que abrange a Alta Paulista que compreende Tupã e região. As unidades tem capacidade de esmagar 700 toneladas de resíduo de amendoim por dia, gerando uma produção diária de 300 toneladas de óleo de amendoim e 400 toneladas de farelo de amendoim (ração animal).

As unidades de Taquaritinga tem capacidade de processar 6.500 sacos de 25 kg de amendoim em casca por dia que corresponde a 124 toneladas de amendoim em grãos.

As unidades de Monte Alto e Tupã, se tratam de depósitos para armazenagem de amendoim em casca.

Em 2012 ficou pronta a planta de blancheamento, processo de retirada da pele do amendoim padrão para exportação para a Europa, com capacidade de processar 40 toneladas/dia.

Localizada em Sertãozinho, pólo sucroenergético no interior de São Paulo, a Brumazi surgiu com foco e investimento nesse segmento. As soluções industriais da empresa no mercado de açúcar e álcool tornaram-se conhecidas pela sua alta performance na fabricação de peças e equipamentos leves e pesados.
