Actuaires : senior, confirmé ou junior, diplômé d'une formation française (ISFA, ISUP, USA, EURIA, CEA, ENSAE, Université Paris Dauphine, CNAM...) ou étrangère.

Consultants MOA : diplômés d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur, ou universitaire, ou formation technicien d'actuariat, avec une 1ère expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance.
